question Is it a program?
answer Vision is a process, of sorts. It is a fundamental shift in the way we look at and deliver tourism in Nova Scotia. Each of the 11 key industry recommendations are producing a number of strategies and actions affecting every sector of tourism
question Is Vision a government department?
answer Vision is not a company; it is not a government body. It is a group of passionate people within the tourism industry who believe that we need to change how we manage and deliver tourism in Nova Scotia.
question When does Vision end?
answer Never! Actually, the mission statement identifies 2012 as a target date by which significant increases in tourism revenues can be made. The benefits of raising the bar in every aspect of tourism will help to provide a profitable and sustainable industry for the long term.

question How do we measure Vision?
answer The evidence of the Vision proceeding is all around us. Communities are looking beyond traditional municipal boudries and pooling resources in an effort to create and promote Tourism Destination Areas. More examples found in "Vision Supporters" section.
