2008 Visitor Satisfaction Program for Accommodation Operators

In the summer of 2007, the Nova Scotia Tourism Vision office conducted an On-Line Visitor Satisfaction Pilot program with volunteer accommodation operators.  The participating properties collected e-mail addresses from the visitor, and then the visitor was send an on-line survey from a third-party contracted research company, Corporate Research Associates. Details on the 2007 project can be found on the NS Tourism Vision web site.

The success of the NS Pilot project has contributed to a combined effort for the four Atlantic Provinces moving forward together for a 2008 Visitor Satisfaction program in cooperation with the Atlantic Canada Tourism Grading Aurthority (actga).  For more information or to apply for the 2008 program, please visit http://www.visitorsatisfactionatlantic.ca/, or complete this application form and return it to:
